Refunds and Returns policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2014 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on used clearomisers and atomisers as due to what they are used for could pose a health risk including e- liquids which also come under consumables.
To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Items with obvious signs of use.
*Starter kits that have been opened
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit / debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the agreed time period please do the following
1) Double check your bank account to make sure it hasn't recently been credited.
2) Contact your credit card company, bank or payment supplier there is often some processing time before a refund shows on your account.
3) If it's confirmed that payment has not been received please contact us at: email@example.com.
Only regular priced items are refundable.
Sales items are non refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we confirm back to you, send your item in its original packaging to: Smoke-it London 107 Trafalgar road , Royal Greenwich, SE10 9TS, United Kingdom with your proof of purchase
Gifts and giftcards
If the item was purchased, marked as a gift and posted directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be posted out to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order posted to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/ she will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 107 Trafalgar road , Greenwich, SE10 9TS, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are posting an item over £50, you should consider using a tracked postage service with insurance.
Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
